All psychotherapy sessions are held via Zoom or telephone.
Your life is the journey.
Many mental health journeys do not require a professional. Some do. Psychotherapy is where you invite someone who is a psychotherapist to accompany you on a section of your life journey.

Welcome to my Website
I hope it gives you a sense of my psychotherapy practice, located in Beaconsfield on the West Island of Montreal.
I offer evidence-based interventions, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, for a variety of mental health concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to design individualized interventions for a well-being that lasts, and resilience to weather the storms.
I work with people who want to address and prevent depression, anxiety, rumination, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and who want to cultivate emotional well-being and resilience.

Integrative Psychotherapy to Cultivate Emotional Well-Being and Resilience
I believe that diversity is crucial for balance and the human condition is complex, so I have an integrative perspective on psychotherapy and mental health.
As a clinical psychologist with solid training and experience in the scientist-practitioner model, I firmly believe that evidence from research should inform my clinical practice. With a research-based approach to well-being, I bring my integrative perspective on mental health to the journey of psychotherapy. Integrating components from different therapeutic approaches and research in various evolving areas of psychology with the experiences of the people I work with, I offer each individual a thorough conceptualization of their mental health and suggest various routes towards well-being and resilience.
